This project consisted of a 1 story addition to the back of a cape, with the addition primarily being a family room with a cathedral ceiling. A deck was designed adjacent to the family room, along with a covered entry at the front door. The existing kitchen/breakfast area was also remodeled. All roofing shingles were removed and replaced, and the cedar shingle siding was painted white which improved the curb appeal of the house.
