This garage addition was Phase 1 of a 2 part project (which may or may not happen). A “master plan” was done for the whole house, with this being the first phase. The 2 story addition replaces a 1 story wing of a dated ranch house, with the addition being designed in the shingle style. The exterior is finished with cedar shingle siding, stone veneer, slate roofing & carriage style garage doors.
