This project was not a tear down, but was a major addition & remodel to a ranch house done for a developer. Many of the first floor walls were kept & the footprint was enlarged slightly. The house was designed as a traditional colonial finished with cedar shingles, cedar clapboard siding, stone veneer, copper gutters & wood paneled shutters.
