This project included the construction of a small one-story addition at the east side of the home with east facing gable. A Shed dormer was added over the second story bathroom. Interior work included complete renovations of the kitchen, two bathrooms and a new basement stairway. A new geothermal heating and cooling system was installed and cosmetic improvements were completed throughout the home.
