Traditional architectural design melds with modern finishes in a stunning new home. Step inside one of Meadowlark Design+Build's newest custom homes in Ann Arbor.

Situated in a unique neighborhood that requires traditional Tudor architecture, our clients embraced the aesthetic and created a home that is not only beautiful, but also addresses their needs both now and in the future as they gracefully age in place.

First floor living was a "must have" for the design process. Easy access to all the features they need to carry out their day-to-day living was key, but also being able to entertain large gatherings of family and friends came in as a close second.

Spaces with specialized functions include an upstairs retreat for the grandkids, a lower level room for watching their favorite sports teams, a serene screened porch to take in the quiet beauty of their back yard, and the perfect quilter's craft room that can double as an extra bedroom!
