To improve the functionality of our client’s Victorian home, Meadowlark completely gutted and remodeled the existing sunroom. We added insulation, new windows, new French doors and a direct-vent gas fireplace with built-in window seats to make the space more comfortable and energy-efficient. We also added on a screened-in porch and deck to expand the living space and bring the outdoors in. Details like the curved Palladian window, Douglas fir ceiling trim and a decorative fan add visual interest to the porch.
