Our clients purchased this new on-spec home in their desired neighborhood that was in walking distance to downtown Ann Arbor. Although the home was new - it was builder-grade blah and lacked the amenities that our clients were looking for. It also had many unfinished spaces that the clients wanted to take advantage of.

They came to Meadowlark to customize the home to meet their needs and to update some of the standard finishes. Working with Meadowlark's designers our clients were able to take this home from blah to amazing and create a home that they were proud to bring family and friends into.
