Originally built in 1894, this Queen Anne Victorian in Ann Arbor has a long list of university dignitaries who have called it home, including the present owners. Via an intensive design/build process, Meadowlark brought their home into the 21st century while keeping true to its architectural heritage.
Poorly done remodeling projects throughout the years, along with the need for major structural updates, mandated a complete gut and rehab. A large addition was extended in the back on the first floor to accommodate a new kitchen and family area.
