This project consist of an addition/renovation to an existing dilapidated 1950's 810 s.f. two bedroom one bath house with a new master suite and open kitchen/living room and covered porches. The new renovation/addition has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and will include a new one car garage for a total of 2,300 s.f.. All new high SEER air conditioning, natural gas tankless water heater, dual flush toilets and water saving plumbing devices, new LED electrical lighting and service, impact windows, energy star appliances, new wall and ceiling insulation and a low maintenance standing seam metal roof will be incorporated. The emphasis of addition design was to keep with the scale and architectural detail of the existing neighborhood while upgrading the house to meet current code requirements and updated aesthetics.
