The design incorporates a 425 s.f. covered extension of the existing home roof area that includes a outdoor kitchen, dining area, sitting area for t.v. watching, putting green and electronically controlled hidden roll down screens on all three sides to keep out those pesky bugs during the summer. The goal was to add the extension so it was contiguous with the design of the existing home.
