We worked with the owners on this two phase 2,300 s.f. master plan house renovation and addition on Fort Lauderdale's intracoastal waterway. Phase one, which we completed in 2016 consisted of complete demolition of the existing early 1970's house interior which included three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a garage. All new underground plumbing waste lines, water lines, new electrical, mechanical, metal roofing and product approved impact windows were incorporated into the renovation.
Phase 2, which was completed mid 2019 included a 520 s.f. second floor two bedroom, one bathroom addition over an enlarged garage and expanded laundry room on the ground floor. As designed for future expansion in phase one, a 500 s.f. family/play room was added onto the back of the house facing the pool and intracoastal waterway.
