The owner requested that we transform this builder grade 700 s.f. one bedroom condominium into a more modern look. The goal was to make the space more contiguous and open to take advantage of the views of the intercoastal water way and Miami Beach. All new LED lighting was incorporated with a complete home automation system for tv, air conditioning and lighting. The master and half bathrooms were completely renovated as well as the kitchen.
