We designed a new second floor addition which incorporated a new master bedroom, master bathroom, guest room/office and full bath. The existing 1970's house was a three bedroom, two bath with a cramped kitchen and living room space. The owner requested that we transform the house into a Florida vernacular look and totally upgrade the interior.
