The owner requested that the house design exemplify a traditional home but must have an abundance of natural light. We designed and built this 4,000 square foot three bedroom, three bathroom with bonus room and second floor loft on the water in Fort Lauderdale in 2024. The original 1950's house was demolished and the new house was designed to meet the new FEMA flood height requirements. A new pool and dock was also completed.
