The goal of the design of this new 2,100 s.f. two story guest house was to tie it into the existing eight year old house without making it look like an addition. The two story structure includes a one car garage, master bedroom and bath, guest bedroom and bath, living room, kitchen, laundry closet, cabana bath and elevator. The pictures of the 3D computer generated rendering were used to show our client the proposed views of the addition during the design phase.
