This 1970's 2,800 sq. ft. home was ready for a new look inside and out. The owners requested an open living space, four bedrooms and two and half bath plan. The complete interior was demolished as well as the roof structure to produce a new central entry feature, living space and covered porch in the back of the house. We incorporated new energy savings design such as solar water heater, impact windows, standing seam metal roof, spray on insulation, energy star appliances, water saving faucets and toilets and smart home systems for lighting and other electrical components.
