We worked with a black and white palette and a touch of Mid Century Modernism as our inspiration when designing this space.

What was once decorated in shades of green and pink was revitalized with a classic color palette. We gutted the bathrooms and kitchen, remodeled the staircases, installed new interior doors painted shiny black and outfitted with satin brass hardware; a black and white palm frond mural went up on the walls of the large office and interior walls were fitted with giant fixed glass windows to let the light natural light shine through. Even now, it's fun for us to look at the Before and After photos to see the radical transformation.
