This ground-up new build was the first in a series of four custom high-end homes designed for a local investor/builder. While we had the walls painted a soft white throughout, we added beams to the soaring ceilings in the living room and French Oak floors throughout to warm up the look. The fireplace with the floating hearth made from honed Absolute Black granite added a touch of modern to the already spacious, light filled living room that connected to the outside with a series of glass pocket doors. We designed each vanity as well as the kitchen cabinets which were then fabricated by a local cabinet maker. Our goal was for each space to be finished with thoughtful details like quality hardware, interesting light fixtures, patterned tile, etc. to appeal to the discerning home buyer.
