Serenity Lane Estate Two
This ground-up new build was the second in a series of four custom high-end homes designed for a local investor/builder. With soaring ceilings and rows of clerestory windows flanking the living room, this home was filled with natural light and it was our job to select the finishes to give it a contemporary vibe. We chose a mixture of traditional elements like a plaster hood and Carrara marble counters in the kitchen blended with more modern details like a waterfall counter and all black cabinets with brushed brass hardware to give it a look that would appeal to a broad range of potential buyers. We designed all the cabinetry (with the exception of the white floating bathroom vanity by RH) and chose high-end finishes such as French Oak floors, lighting to illuminate the vanities from below, SubZero/Wolf appliances, black flat panel doors, Emtek hardware, et. to appeal to the luxe homeowner.
