We termed this house Cool Contemporary as we remodeled it from top to bottom. Using a neutral palette that would stand the test of time, we added bits of drama like heavily veined quartzite countertops in the kitchen, a soaring custom White Oak built-ins flanking the white-washed fireplace, and vibrant colored and textured tiles in the bathrooms.

Downstairs, the accordion doors create a wonderful indoor/outdoor connection for the kitchenette and romper room. Upstairs, the French Doors off the primary bedroom lead to a patio just off the kitchen with glorious mountain views. French Oak floors span throughout as well as interior doors with just a playful hint of greige.
