This large loft space is conveniently located in downtown Santa Barbara and has great views and tons of natural light, but was ready for a major remodel.

We updated the color palette to a sophisticated black and white starting with painting the windows and doors black. The black muntins helped accentuate the great views and brass hardware on the doors provided just the right amount of shimmer.

The bathrooms received all new finishes and the we designed the kitchen from scratch. The brass fixtures, flat front black cabinets and floating White Oak shelves helped transform the formerly dated space into a cool contemporary one.
