This hill country retreat was designed & constructed with one thought in mind. Build a pool that fits seamlessly into the natural landscape. This 81' perimeter pool was designed with soft natural curves & a retaining wall of boulders that have gentle features working down into the water to mimic a natural spring. Unlike most projects, there were several elements of the project that we used natural material that was found on the 40 acre job site including most of the boulder work, the arbor columns, and some of the landscaping that was relocated. Another unusual site specific detail on this job is that it is located 30' from a 200' cliffside. Fortunately, the pool was jackhammered completely into the hillside, so there are no threats of any structural movement. While taking pictures, it should be noted that it was extremely difficult take pictures from angles that did not include the 30' x 30' goat pen that is located 10' from the arbor.
