The grand scale of this property created a challenge to produce a water feature worthy of it’s surroundings. The custom designed 6 ft. bowl weighing over a ton was set with a crane to assure protection and the exactness of level needed to produce equal water flow across each spillway set on north, south, east, and west quadrants. The elevation detail of the fountain makes the senses of site and sound a reality from either the entrance of the property or home.
The aesthetic appeal of the fountain as an extension of the home is created through an effective and balanced use of veneering tile, cast stone coping, mosaic tile, and water color. These elements, along with the overall sizing allow it to flow naturally with the grandness and attention to detail set forth in the residence.
