This couple live in the southeast and travel to Maryland to visit family. They found this waterfront home on Gibson Island and had it transformed into this contemporary showplace. Architectural drawings were done by Laurie Stubb from Place Architecture. Selections were made to reflect a light and airy atmosphere which includes glass-enclosed floating stairs, neutral color palette, abundance of natural light through the many Marvin windows and natural textures with reclaimed wood paneling, granite, marble, stone and tile. Final project is a beautiful contemporary waterfront home with clean lines, open floorplan and many natural product selections.
