Goleta Townhouse Lawn Replacement
Our client owned one of a few townhouses in this Goleta development built in the 80s that came with a simple rectangular lawn out front. She was ready to have her ho hum landscape transformed to reflect an artful, more sustainable approach with personal touches. After removing all the lawn, we built curving decomposed granite pathways and stained her existing concrete entry path to match. High impact texture and color included Mexican pebbles, a water feature, and handmade rebar trellis. Dymondia replaced a section of the old lawn for her dogs to enjoy. A bust of her younger self is featured int he plant bed close to the front door. Ornamental grasses dance in the breeze, yellow flowering vine attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. California fuchsia gives a punch of color.
