The active homeowners, new to Santa Barbara, were looking to create a tropical paradise setting for their new home and hired Chris Gilliland of Common Ground to design the property. They reached out to us to install Chris’ conceptual design. Some changes were made along the way to bring in more color. We designed a custom ipe wood & iron driveway gate in four panels that allowed for a pedestrian entry through one panel and I worked closely each day with the owners to dial in all the details they cared most about.
