Project 4 for Joseph was the transformation of an apartment within the iconic Heritage Hotel, Hobson Street in Auckland from a ‘cookie cutter’ transient space to a place to call home.

In reality this was less a design job and more a project coordination and facilitation project for us.

We uplift the carpet and ground the concrete floors. We installed new engineered timber floors, painted the walls and installed new window furnishings.

And we did all of this without disturbing other residents and hotel guests.
