At the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, seamlessly extending into the yard to enhance the indoor-outdoor flow. This connection to the outdoors not only maximizes space but also welcomes an abundance of natural light, fostering a warm and airy ambiance.
To enhance brightness, we chose Resene Black White, a crisp, cool white with a subtle hint of black, perfect for creating a tonal scheme with varying strengths of the same hue. Different sheen levels on select surfaces add depth and texture, bringing visual interest to the space.
For the flooring, we selected Apollo Hybrid Flooring, which replicates the natural beauty of wood while offering durability and warmth. By using the same flooring throughout the ground floor, we achieved a seamless and spacious feel, providing a neutral foundation that allows for versatile styling.
