Kitchen Water Leak Restore

Client retained Largo Green Inc. (LG) to restore a condominium's kitchen/dining room after a neighbor leaked water. LG completed the demolition of sheetrock, mirrored wall, & countertops, rebuilt the walls, including wall insulation. LG replaced sink cabinet, rebuilt kitchen counter, sourced exact marble tiles, & added matching trim. LG textured/painted walls, added crown molding, baseboards, & reattached appliances.

LG was hired after client had brought in remediation company to tear out some of water damaged, moldy sheetrock, countertop, canibets, & appliances. LG arrived after remediation crew had dried the environment with dehumidifiers and fans
