Outside water pipe wouldn't stop leaking due to a faulty valve. Largo Green (LG) determined the valve needed replaced. The valve wouldn't shut completely. The water kept dripping worse & worse. Was costing client every day. LG sourced the needed plumbing supplies. LG had to cut away the copper stem enough to attach the new valve. The old valve simply would not budge to come off.
