Client hired Largo Green (LG) to investigate cracking texture & peeling paint on several walls. LG traced the root cause to a source above on roof. A recent repair was incomplete & not properly sealed. LG repaired that roof leak area then the soffits, and inside ceiling sheetrock. LG removed the damaged sheetrock, then repaired or replaced sections. The new texture was matched to the old.
