Client had growing water leak from top floor balcony. Largo Green (LG) discovered faulty seals at edges of balcony next to house flashing & around stairwell. LG uncovered 1" wide gaps between balcony edges & subfloor. LG removed tiles to repair the edges & added several layers of strong sealants: roofing tar, silicone, moisture barrier, & Lacquer. The end result was a safe, secure, & sealed balcony.
