Our second floor addition to this 1920s Spanish Colonial Revival bungalow added two bedrooms, study and bath. We also adapted and better integrated into the scheme an earlier master suite built in 1980s. Exterior design is consistent with original style, but interior is expansive and modern. New gable roof replaces flat roofs. It includes skylights above a light well to bring light into the center of main floor.
