Bluestone terraces rise with natural grade to an alley in the back, and link house to garage. Above garage is a storage loft accessible from dormer with pulley, or by a pull-down stair in garage. Exterior and fireplace wall are stucco in a lovely warm yellow. Other walls of sunroom are lightly stained board & batten. Clay shingle roofing matches exterior brick of the main house.
