We completely restored this beautiful 1909 Craftsman by architect Frederick Noonan. Entry and principal rooms on first floor were carefully restored to their original appearance, which included refinishing all the natural woodwork. We reworked the plan upstairs for new master suite, bedrooms and baths. Detailing matched original designs on first floor. Original roll roofing with integral gutters was restored. This distinctive period detail recovered original character of design. New pergola and brick terrace in back faces south and overlooks extensive garden.
