Dallas architectural designer Michael Lyons was contracted to build a Mediterranean style residence with Tuscan influences on this property that backs up to the Byron Nelson Tournament Players Club (TPC) golf course in Irving, Texas. In back, the large outdoor veranda with infinity pool and extensive second floor balcony off the game/media room were designed to allow many viewing angles to watch the professional golfers. Inside, the home design balances warmth and coziness with large open spaces connecting the entertaining areas culminating in the large keeping kitchen with generous wet bar. This custom Mediterranean home also features an award-winning wine cellar for the owner’s extensive collection of wines that architect Lyons designed.
