Dallas residential architect Michael Lyons was commissioned to remodel and create an addition for this L-shaped historical Spanish Colonial house in Lakewood. The original side/back structure was replaced and a new addition was added, making the new house, with a three-car garage and guest quarters/office above at the rear of property (unseen), C-shaped. The new structure and addition contains a family room, master suite above, a fireplace, covered porches that enhance the outdoor living area and a new laundry room that attaches to the garage and guest quarters, completing this residential remodel.
