This project, located in a historic district of Evanston, renovated this spectacular 1905 Spanish Colonial. The work consisted of exterior work to the stucco, copings and roofing, as well as a new kitchen, new powder room, renovation of a third floor bathroom, installing upper zone of central air, a mudroom addition and energy efficiency upgrades. In particular, the existing has essentially no insulation - new perimeter insulation was installed, and air sealing was done were accessible.
