Brown Alder Cabinets For Transitional Style In Centennial

The client wanted the wall between the kitchen and dining area to be removed to enlarge the kitchen. The peninsula stayed and better storage cabinets were added.

The cabinets above the peninsula were removed. The wall the range was on was also removed to enlarge the kitchen and provide the client with easier access to the door to sun room.

This image shows the AFTER, we made the peninsula more functional with better storage and removed the wall cabinets that were hung above. Removing the wall the range was on enlarged the kitchen and provided room to add a double oven cabinet.

Part of the wall we tried to remove (left of oven) had plumbing pipes so we had to keep it. We wrapped wall cabinets around that wall to visually conceal it, installing tile around the wall also helped.

Installing tile around a window and NOT using wood trim adds a nice detail and makes it easy to clean. Wood trim around a window close to a sink, over time the wood trim gets water stains.
