It was important to add a TV in this space. Above the fridge and out of the way was perfect. Resizing the corner window allowed room to continue the wall cabinets to the corner.

Taking cabinets and trim to ceiling helps visually enlarge the space. Accent color on the island helps to add color warmth

Green Kitchen Island

The laundry area had no door, adding a glass pocket door brings in the light and changes it up a bit. Installing a transom window above adds a unique detail. Painting the trim the same color as the cabinets helps to tie it all together.

Medium Brown Wood Floor With White Cabinets

We made the corner window smaller, allowing room to continue the wall cabinets to the end. We moved the fridge to this wall to prevent that appliance from being front and center.

White Cabinets For A Craftsman Style Kitchen

This wall separated the kitchen from the dining area. When removed, we had room for an island and additional cabinets and a wine fridge. The challenge was the HVAC return. We kept part of this wall and incorporated it into the island so that we could keep the HVAC return
