This charming courtyard is the home of an active client who wanted to replace old, tired shrubs with a calm and relaxing oasis. We removed all plantings save for the lovely existing Japanese Maples, and built a Bluestone patio and seat wall for entertaining. The plantings are surprisingly drought tolerant, though they look very lush.
