This steep hillside site was one of the more challenging we've had the opportunity to design. We faced complicated grading and a major design challenge to create an appealing flow of terraces. Professional engineering and hands-on construction experience allowed us to provide our client with a landscape of their dreams, including a pool, sun deck, unique spa, outdoor kitchen & dining, grand staircase, and raised flower beds, centered around the property's stunning view, and Illuminated by custom lighting for the nighttime experience.
