Located on Spring Hollow Drive, this 1972 house was in need of some attention and TLC. Our clients wanted to make it livable and comfortable for their everyday needs. The existing houses spaces were upgraded and circulation was cleaned up.

Sustainable materials were used throughout the construction. Reuse of existing bricks, orientation, specific window placement, foam insulation and a floating galvalume metal roof, and energy efficient mechanical plumbing systems contribute to the home's excellent energy performance.
