The Lost Pines Art Center in Bastrop, Texas transformed the historic Powell Cotton Seed Mill and Silos built in the early 1900‘s into an art complex and home to a state-of-the-art gallery, a large gathering space with a retail shops, classroom spaces, artist studios and a coffee shop/wine bar. The project was a rare opportunity to re-purpose a well-used building into an inviting artistic center and spur economic development, as well as invigorate the local creative economy.
