The goal of this whole house remodel was to update what was once a dark, dated house into a serene, highly functional home. The design balances warmth with minimalism centering around the way in which natural light is found and featured throughout the open concept. Sleek lines are paired with natural finishes creating a home that is both inviting and modern.

The home includes two master suites, a variety of sound and light controls, and automated blinds so that the homeowners can enjoy living with one another despite their opposing schedules. Vaulted ceilings make the common rooms airy and grand. Accent walls provide color without interrupting the quiet overall feeling of the space.

The custom deck looks out onto the beautiful pool and features a shade structure designed around the seasonal movement of the sun. The slatted structure provides shade during the hot summer months and lets the sun in during cool winter months to help regulate the temperature in the home.
