Our clients wanted to add the therapeutic benefits of a whirlpool tub to the existing footprint of the room. We eliminated a linen closet to gain enough room to add a 66” whirlpool tub with heater and then maximized the remaining space by adding a tiled shelf. We replaced the storage lost from the linen closet with better organization in the vanity, two countertop cabinets and a cabinet above the toilet. Cutting down the wall beside the toilet gives the room a larger, more open feel. Simple tile patterns on the floor and tub surround highlight the beauty of the porcelain tile, reminiscent of a riverbed. Oil rubbed bronze fixtures complete the warm, neutral look that allows the homeowners to change the accent pieces with a wide range of colors.
