Our clients were looking to update and expand their existing deck for more functionality and programability. Low maintenance was a priority, so we selected Azek Vintage decking, a pure PVC decking that is both durable and beautiful.

We designed a powder-coated steel railing with details that reflect the Craftsman style of the home. We selected a dark color so that while sitting on the deck, one tends to look through the railing at the rest of the yard rather than at it.

The end result allowed the homeowners to use the deck in several ways and to access the rest of their yard easily.
