A completely new landscape was designed and installed for this new construction home in Ballard. Urban Oasis created a variety of new spaces within this blend of modern and Japanese garden styles. Trees and main components of the planting scheme were hand-selected. An architectural slab and bluestone patio creates a cozy nook for a fire pit outside the family room. An ironwood deck becomes a sunny spot to enjoy summer afternoons. Irrigation is installed throughout. Overall this design and installation yields a number of spaces to enjoy within the yard as well as good views from the upper decks.
