This project represents Phase 1 of a phased project aimed at creating a park-like setting in this expansive backyard. Working from the far back to the front, Phase 1 included removal of an inground pool and concrete pool deck, grading, patio installation, planting, irrigation and screening of a large, unsightly concrete wall. A new fence was also added to the perimeter and play equipment was installed.

At Urban Oasis, we always start with a master plan so that all elements of our clients desires can be included and flow together nicely. This allows successful phasing of our projects.

This project created quite a transformation, so we have included before and after photos of this project. The end result is an expansive play area surrounded by plants for color and texture, as well as a lower fire pit patio for the family.
