Bellevue Full Property Makeover

Our clients had recently renovated the interior of their home and were ready for a full outdoor renovation as well. This project included everything from re-grading the land to a full re-planting of the front and back yards to a new outdoor living space with fireplace and outdoor kitchen.

The result is a completely new look for the home with flatter, more usable lawn in back, an expanded patio and a beautiful, covered patio featuring a gas-burning fireplace as the centerpiece. The outdoor kitchen is usable year-round, and heaters help to keep the space comfortable.

This new yard can be enjoyed through the seasons and compliments the interior remodel.

This outdoor kitchen features a 36" grill with a storage cabinet and drawers. A refrigerator is conveniently located along with a trash drawer. Controls for heaters and lighting are also integrated into this outdoor kitchen.

Side yard access was greatly improved so that guests may access the backyard without going through the home. This pathway is well let and easy to navigate despite a fairly steep slope.

We love this new dry waterfall, constructed under the trees to help with drainage and become a landscape feature. This shady space under the trees is now a usable space as well as a focal point to this area of the yard.
